I take my knitting everywhere to take the edge off of moments that would otherwise drive me stark raving mad. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

Look What I finished!
I finished these socks Thursday night while watching a lot of episodes of Flashpoint. I am very happy with the way they turned out!
The yarn is from SeeJayneKnitYarns and is in the colorway Stained Glass. The sock pattern is my favorite, and the one I use all the time, How I Make My Socks by Susan B. Anderson.

Hello! Welcome to my knitting (and other odds and ends) blog. I grew up watching my Grandma knit. It seemed like she was always with needles and yarn. It must have made an impression on me because now I knit as much as I can.
Stay a while. Check out the knitting and watch out for stray bits of yarn.
